great location many options helpful staff easy access
the location proved superb. it was next to chinatown and soho. there were many eating options and embankment was within walking distance. the staff were helpful (i especially liked kartnik).
my room was a little small. i found it difficult to turn around.

i found the staff very helpful. cosmina was efficient during my check-in. my accommodation was comfortable it had everything i needed.
The room was small i could barely move around. the bathroom was also small. You needed to open the door to dry yourself.

charmed by central gem!
luggage storage prosecco arrival
they are kind. i arrived early and they stored my luggage with no fuss, it was a relief. i was very charmed by the complimentary prosecco upon arrival, this was a nice touch.
the lift felt very slow, so i chose to use the stairs most of the time. it was a bit inconvenient with luggage on arrival.

breakfast is at an attached bakery, with a fifteen-pound voucher, croissants and coffee are available. this is a good option, however additional payment is required for more extensive choices or premium options.

the hotel provides complimentary water, replenished daily, a nice touch after a long day sightseeing. the gym includes standard equipment such as treadmills and weights, suitable for a basic workout. the hotel feature one slow small lift.
